IoT Pulse provides an IoT device monitoring and predictive maintenance platform, including AI-powered analysis, real-time data processing, and fleet management capabilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to IoT Pulse, including device telemetry data, configurations, and organizational information. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise plans include specific SLA commitments.
IoT Pulse is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
