White-label theming is on the roadmap, not a vapor promise: partners today run under a co-branded experience with a clear path to fuller white-label as the capability ships. We'd rather under-promise and ship than the other way around.

    Territory commitment
    You operate exclusively under the IoT Pulse brand within your assigned territory for the term — no parallel resale of competing predictive-maintenance platforms in the same accounts.

    Annual tenant minimums
    A negotiated minimum number of new client tenants per year, sized to the territory. Hitting the floor keeps the territory exclusive; sustained shortfalls open it back up.
  • 03
    Technical certification
    At least one of your team members maintains an active IoT Pulse certification, kept current as the platform evolves.

    We finalize territory boundaries, the platform fee, and your tenant minimums in a partner agreement tuned to your situation.

    Your team works through the certification curriculum — sales, deployment, and AI-agent fundamentals — with hands-on exercises in your demo tenant.

How are territory disputes handled?
Territories are defined in writing as part of the partner agreement, with explicit metro and region boundaries. If a prospect straddles two territories, the deal is registered to the partner who logs the registration first — and we publish a deal-registration policy alongside the agreement so the rules are predictable.
What are the exit terms?
Partner agreements run on annual terms with renewal windows. Either side can decline renewal without penalty. Mid-term termination requires cause (e.g., sustained minimum shortfalls, brand misuse) with a written notice period — your client tenants are migrated cleanly either way.
How does payment work?
The annual platform fee is invoiced quarterly. Per-tenant subscription and hardware revenue is settled monthly, net-30, with discounts applied at the line-item level so your effective margin is visible on every invoice.
What happens if I miss the tenant minimum?
We have a conversation. A single quarter under the line is fine — pipeline is lumpy. A sustained pattern triggers a written notice, a 90-day plan, and (if it doesn't recover) the territory's exclusivity reverts so we can serve the region with another partner.
Who pays for the certification?
The first round of certification is included in the platform fee. Recertifications and additional team members beyond the first cohort are at-cost, billed quarterly alongside the platform fee.
Is white-label available today?
Not yet. White-label theming is on the partner roadmap — partners run under co-branded experiences today, with a clear path to fuller white-label as the feature ships. We don't pre-charge for capability we haven't shipped.
